“With Q-Tech's measurement and inspection solutions, you always have full control."

To the point

Reduce incorrect component assembly – non-destructively and without disassembly. With state-of-the-art computed tomography, our measurement experts precisely inspect your assemblies.

The detailed visualization of the assembled component in high-resolution 3D and 2D representations allows for immediate detection of assembly and clearance errors.

This way, screws, valves, ball joints, components with seals or functional gaps, and much more can be checked for exact installation and their relative positions. Electrical assemblies (e.g., relays or circuit breakers & RCDs) can also be tested in an energized state, and their mechanical functions verified.
