To maintain the highest quality of our measurement experts, we have developed our own trainee program based on well-conceived and individually tailored training plans.
Over a period of two years, we guide talented individuals on their path to becoming true metrology experts. They work on demanding components, with state-of-the-art technology, and in close collaboration with experienced experts. Our trainees learn where challenges arise: on real components, in a productive environment, with an eye for quality and precision.
In doing so, we pursue a clear goal: We want to actively counteract the shortage of qualified specialists in industrial metrology and, furthermore, contribute to changing the industry in the long term.
Our trainees are accompanied by experienced mentors who serve as dedicated contacts throughout every phase of the program. They not only provide technical support but also specifically foster the personal development of our trainees with valuable feedback, practical experience, and individual guidance.
Training true experts changes more than just one company; it strengthens an entire industry.
