We digitize, inspect, and analyze your components. For this purpose, we measure your test object using either a computed tomograph, an optical 3D scanner, a coordinate measuring machine, or an optical measuring system. Especially with computed tomography, the generated data serves as the basis for comprehensive and non-destructive component analysis during a nominal-to-actual comparison, an actual-to-actual comparison, or a void and porosity analysis. Furthermore, using the acquired data, we can also create 3D CAD models via reverse engineering and much more.
Discover our measurement technologies for every shape, size, and material.
In all industrial sectors, manufacturing times for new or adapted components are constantly decreasing, and manufacturers are increasingly under time pressure. However, quality control and functional monitoring must not suffer, especially when dealing with complex components. A particular challenge here is the inspection of internal structures, as precise measurement sometimes requires the destruction of the component. Industrial computed tomography is indispensable in modern metrology. Thanks to this technology, components can be measured non-destructively and completely, allowing them to be subsequently analyzed and, if necessary, corrected. We assess the quality of your production processes by measuring and analyzing manufactured products. We inspect your components reliably and non-destructively – using the latest automation technology.
The focus here is on the profiles and surfaces of measurement objects. Our tactile, optical, and laser-based inspection systems identify deviations and defects on surfaces for metrological evaluations and geometry comparisons.
Using optical 3D scanning, we can digitize component geometries. There are virtually no limits to component size. We are also happy to set up our measuring equipment on-site at your location to save time and transport costs.
