Precisely

Beispiel eines Ist-Ist-Vergleichs

With the help of actual-actual comparison, component deviations can be precisely determined, for example, for re-qualification purposes. This method thus represents a cost-effective and resource-saving alternative to conventional testing procedures.

Using computed tomography or 3D scanning, meaningful data is digitized and acquired in just a few minutes. The subsequent evaluation of product quality and a clear false-color representation enable the precise identification and calculation of deviations. Discrepancies are clearly visible to employees.

Through this comparison, statements about the relationship between two components can be made more quickly, and optimizations can be implemented early, even without prior measurement and programming.
