Especially during the injection molding of plastic parts, metal die casting, and the processing of other moldable materials, unwanted voids and porosities frequently occur in components.

Using state-of-the-art void and porosity analyses, our measurement experts determine the number, size, and position of cavities. Furthermore, porosity measurements and the visualization of potential weak points are carried out. This provides you with valuable information about the quality of your castings.

We visualize the highly precise measurement results using clear 2D cross-sections or 3D point clouds. The evaluation and assessment of the measurement data are based on the standard norms P202 or P203. Upon request, we also take your individual standard specifications into account.
