As a trainee measurement expert at a family-run precision company and hidden champion in industrial metrology, you are our future. Through a two-year development program, we will train you to become one of the best measurement experts worldwide. In all your tasks, you will work exclusively with state-of-the-art equipment and the latest measurement technologies. You will not only gradually take on more responsibility for your own projects, but you will also learn everything there is to know in the field of measurement technology – from coordinate metrology to computed tomography. We want the best measurement experts in the world on our team, and that's why we'll make you one of them.

The next trainee program starts on: 03/2026.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• You will learn to perform component measurements on computed tomography scanners, 3D coordinate measuring machines, and all other measuring devices
• We will show you how to create highly complex measurement programs for almost all available measurement technologies
• You will complete a variety of additional training courses and all certificates of the recognized AUKOM training
• You will gradually be given more responsibility by learning to communicate and manage your projects independently and autonomously with our clients

Your qualifications and attributes:

• You exude a modern outlook and want to play a decisive role in shaping the future of an aspiring company
• You have an engineering degree, completed advanced training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman, or a comparable qualification
• You want to constantly learn new things and kickstart your career
• You are a quick learner and a proactive doer
• You have high self-motivation, initiative, and a highly professional work ethic
• You have experience with CAD models and technical drawings
• You are proficient in using IT systems and applications
• You have very good knowledge of German, English, and Bavarian
