What we do

We digitise your components using computed tomography and optical 3D scanning. This data serves as the basis for our subsequent non-destructive analysis and measurement. It enables us to perform nominal-actual comparisons, actual-actual comparisons, and blowhole and porosity analyses. Aside from that, we can also create 3D CAD models from this measurement data using reverse engineering.

We have high precision tactile coordinate measuring devices and optical measuring technology available for you in our micro-inspection room. We round off our offering by roughness measuring and contour measuring.

We also provide you with support in additive manufacturing – creating 3D printing data, for example, including from real parts. With our modern 3D printer, we can offer you fast, flexible support with everything from fixtures to prototypes.
